Warranty Repair

Warranty repair:

To obtain warranty service, please include a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice showing the date, location, and price of purchase. If you do not have the receipt or proof of purchase, Raveon will ascertain if the unit is under warranty by using the date-code on the unit.

Properly package the unit to be repaired in its original packing, or other suitable packing method. Raveon is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

Include a written description of the problem with the product, a phone number and name of person who may be contacted regarding the problem, and the address to where the product should be returned.

For domestic US shipments, Raveon will ship the repaired unit via standard ground methods. For international shipments, shipping charges must be pre-paid or placed on approved open account.

Non-Warranty Repair:

To obtain service, repair, or calibration of your Raveon product, properly package the unit to be repaired in its original packing, or other suitable packing method and ship it to Raveon Technologies at the address below. Please call and obtain an RMA number before shipping to assist us in tracking your product. Raveon is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

Include a written description of the problem with the product, a phone number and name of person who may be contacted regarding the problem, and the address to where the product should be returned.

Raveon will estimate the repair cost, and contact the person listed as the point of contact for approval on the repair. There is no charge for the repair estimates.

Repair costs and shipping charges for customers on open account will be billed to their account. Customers without open account will need to pre-pay or send a check before the product is returned.

For domestic US shipments, Raveon will ship the repaired unit via standard ground methods. For international shipments, shipping charges must be pre-paid or placed on approved open account.
