If you have installed RavTrack PC 3.0 thru 3.2, you can simply replace your "RavTrack.exe" file in the program directry with this executable. The current ravtrack.exe file is in this zip file: RavTrackexe.zip.
To download the Crystal Reports Runtime, and install it manually, <click here> Normally, the Crystal reports Runtime will be installed automatically when you install RavTrack PC. But, in some instances, we have seen that the Crystal Reports Runtime has to be manually installed on the PC after RavTrack PC is installed.
